Poured from a 12oz can into a Czechvar flute. Canned on 7/24/13, so a couple months old. Acquired in a trade. Thanks beerbyrd!
A - Very cloudy light orange. Looks like a mimosa. Eggshell head dissipates very fast and leaves no lacing.
S - Orange, lemon, salt.
T - sour orange, lemon, a slight light biscuit flavor. Has a salty finish, that really amplifies the flavors.
M - Deceptive. Has a medium mouthfeel, but the light, brisk carbonation makes it feel lighter than that. Very refreshing.
O - Great beer. It looked like a mimosa and kinda tasted like one also. Had that margarita with the salt rim taste. Very well done.
