Split 2 nights ago with Chico1985. Reviewed fully during consumption on the table. Big thanks to my cousin for sending this my way.
Thanks to my cousin Sonny for sending this up to me.
A- Poured from the can to two glasses for a tasting with an extremely cloudy pale golden body. A small, creamy white head forms but dies out pretty much immediately, within seconds. No head remains and no lace is deposited to the glass. Murky rotten apple juice appearance almost but a bit paler.
S- Tart light fruits lead the way with wheat and a lemony sourness. I get a tiny bit of floral spiciness from the coriander but it doesn't really do much for me here.
T- Very tart, more so than any other example of the style I have had. Lemony lactic sours coat the palate with notes of wheat, apples, white grapes and coriander spicy floralness beyond that. Definite saltiness here that combines with the acidity to create a unique flavor. Crusty wheat bread comes into play in the back end.
MF- Light bodied with a fair creaminess and high end carbonation that accentuates the tartness nicely. Smooth and crisp with that lingering sourness making me want to take another sip.
Drinkable Gose with a pretty intensely sour feel. Wheat, sour, coriander and salt indeed. Sitting down with a few cans of this in the summer would be nice.

10 oz. can purchased at the brewery on a recent trip to Charleston, SC; unknown brewing/canning date; poured into a Mad Fox snifter glass and drank over 30 minutes
A: 3/3 - off-yellow coloration; murky (cannot read or see through); initial frothy white head settles into a 1/4 finger glass lacing that persists throughout drinking; tight white carbonation bubbles cling to the sides of the glass
S: 10/12 - as advertised, getting a mixture of coriander, salt and Berliner weisse-esque (think lacto) character; no hop or alcohol notes
T: 17/20 - the taste matches the nose very nicely...coriander, ripe lemon and other citrus fruits/lemon and lacto; in the middle of the mouth, the sour/acidic aspects start to dominate the flavor profile; finishes dry, refreshing and inviting continued drinking
M: 4/5 - light body, high quaffability, moderate-to-high carbonation
O: 9/10 - gose is a style that I don't recall drinking before this one, and, to me, this tastes like a salty and slightly spicy Berliner weisse or a more tart saison; an excellent sessionable sour that is definitely worth seeking out
TOTAL - 43/50

Thanx Cam for splitting a 12oz can. Unknown brewery to me, somewhat highly rated gose in a can, cool.
A - Uber-murky peach color. Small white head turns to a ring quickly.
S - Quite faint, really just kind of bread/wheat feel, orange creamsicle, light fruits. Pears. Light tartness/saltiness.
T - Wow, pretty sour for a gose, definitely very different/more intense than the smell. Apple, lemon and pear noticeable, it is salty but really just big-time sourness. Spice/coriander. Baked bread with some yeasty and grainy tones.
M - Very good flavor for 4% for sure. Medium-low carbonation with somewhat of a watery body, but still overall impressive considering the ABV.
O - Definitely not what I've come to know as a traditional gose but very enjoyable and refreshing. Nice puckering sourness that could compete with some gueuze and lambics while delivering solid+unique flavor and good breadiness.
