Notes/Commercial Description:
This is our interpretation of Gose (pronounced “Gose-uh”), a traditional German-style sour wheat beer brewed with coriander and salt. Once nearly extinct, this very refreshing style is making a comeback.

Super flavorful and I didn't find it overly salty as is a turnoff for me in some Goses. Great beer!

This was the second gose I've tried and arguably my favorite. I loved the sour notes and how clean and refreshing this beer was!

12oz can served in a pilsener glass (thanks Joe!). Pours a dull, milky yellow with a sizzling quarter inch bright white head the immediately disperses. Nose expresses citric acid, a light yeasty quality and a hint of brine. Taste follows nose - pleasantly tart, citrusy and salty. Mouthfeel is light in body with a lively, effervescent carbonation and a mild acidity that lightly stimulates the salivary glands. Probably only the third Gose I've ever tried. Reminds me of a salty Belinner-Weisse. Very refreshing - I'd love to have access to this during the warm weather.

Cloudy yellow. Tart and salty, its tastes puts it generally into the category of the new style tart saisons. Really well done.
