An outstanding example of my favorite hot weather style- the fact that it's in cans for summer fun is a plus. Like a good Gose, this beer is sharply tart, and just salty enough to really taste it and whet the palate for more. While it is spiced with coriander, I could use a bit more of that for balance and to round out the finish. This can be a polarizing style- it's certainly not for everyone, but if you want a well put together Gose on the sharper side that's sour and refreshing, look no further.

Rich light golden hued with exceptional cloudiness. Head was minimal and entirely dissipates. Aroma is slightly sour and a touch salty with just a trace of citrus. Mouthfeel is salty, very bitter and heavily carbonated. The flavor is slightly sour with a citrus like component and very salty. The coriander is used gently and because of it it blends well with the citrus and saltiness.

this is the first I've had of this style and I did not like it. I'm writing this so my rating does not discourage anyone from trying this since it has a lot of good reviews and I know many people that like this beer. I think this is just not the style for me right now.
