Pours a surprisingly clear golden amber with nice frothy white head and lacing.

Nose is a nice funky, band-aid-y, meaty profile. Some hops, some malt, but lots of dry, spider-webby Brett. Dry, champagne-y.

Taste has hops, bit of malt but again lots of drying Brett.

Mouthfeel is watery, very dry and hoppy.

With the ABV, huge Brett presence and hoppiness, this almost drinks like another Orval clone. Can't really go wrong with that profile though. Enjoyable.

On-tap. Oversized snifter glass. Brass color, chill haze appearance. Off-white froth creates a close, thin layer on top. Citric, moderate toasted malt & herbal aromas. Tartar touch over malty flavor at first sip. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Oily texture & dried mouthfeel. Citric, herbs & spices in the middle provide soft astringent notes. Long bitter finish & hoppy aftertaste.

Pours amber with a fading head.
Nose shows lots of funky yeast notes with a little malt underneath. Little else. Some banana.
More funk as a flavours along with some booze. Some piny hops and an assertive bitterness.
Carbonation seems a little high.

a very subtle beer for these guys, one that is quite similar to so many others they do, the funky bretty hop forward style of beer that has been money for a lot of danish brewers lately it seems. this one has a rust colored copper color, orange highlights and some hazy yeasty density underneath a pillowy two inches of almost bone white head. the nose on this is brett but now as intensely as say the (expletive) art, this is architecture version, which was way dryer, way funkier, and had a great grassy/straw malt vibe. this one is hopped a little hardily, but as the expense of brett flavor. citrus notes, sweet orange peel, and a clove spice all intermingle in the taste, with an alpha acid finish thats drying but not dry on the tongue. fuller bodied than others, this drinks nicely as it coats the palate but also refreshes. i chose to sip this slowly though, as it really changes with temperature. good carbonation on it, i love the label and the name, but as a beer i prefer some of their other brett hoppy releases.

500ml. Label describes it as a "farmhouse india pale ale" with 7.4% ABV listed.

The pour is darkish orange with light haze and slow-moving carbonation bubbles. Voluptuous off-white head falls to a solid cap leaving bits of lace behind.

Scent is pretty hop-forward with grapefruit, pineapple and kiwi coming to mind. Earthiness and some bretty yeast come out more with warmth.

Taste ups the ante just a bit, hops remind me of Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin - pineapple, citrus fruits, earthy. Barnyard yeasts, bretty notes, spice, grass, light caramel sweetness.

High carbonation but fitting for the style. Light tartness+funk make this one somewhat of a sipper but otherwise pretty easy-drinking.

This reminds me very much of a toned down version of Anchorage Galaxy White IPA, which is good because that beer was a little over the top for me. Good stuff, looking forward to exploring more from this brewery.
