A 330ml bottle with a best before date of 5th May 2020. Poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass.
Appearance: A hazy dark amber, reddish brown colour with a big three finger frothy light tanned head that had good retention and left lots of lacing.
Aroma: Funky, brett, lemon, apple and grass.
Taste: Malt sweetness, grass, yeasty brett, light sour, peppery, white grape, prunes and apple with a touch of caramel.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: This was ok, although leaning towards having a bit too much brett flavours for my liking.

Farmhouse funk. Grassy taste.some booze warming, seems more than a 5%.. Lacy. This is a must share because of its a sipper. One to have with other complementary tastes. Americo’s bottle.

L: Medium amber coloring, a darker shade of honey
S: Funky yeast, sour, lemon rind, decaying flowers, slightly bready
T: Mimics the smell but to a lower degree, not as bitter or prickly as I was expecting, smooth going down, taste seems to half there, not punching like the smell.
F: Starts off medium carbonation and moves to a light finish, smooth transition.
O: Funky beer that's worth a try but not a top tier farmhouse ale

Poured from a 750ml bottle into the modified tulip glass. No date, however as memory has it I purchased
in early 2015
A - Faded yellow sun, old honey, create the backdrop for vigorous carbonation to do their best Pollack impression.
Capped with a tight knit white wool cap. Lacing is cumulus and relentless.
S - Carbonation pushes the Brett and oak 2" off the glass, nose hair assault, not boozy as this is 5%, just tickles.
Funky lemon aged in barrels, a warm raking of the stall, A bit of spice mingles with strong malt base, little floral buds sprinkle the offering.
T - Sourdough crackers, and smoked cheese, Autumn flowers, limestone and chalk, orange blossom honey, a muted tart brett bite, laced like a Peter Buck 10 second hook, something to relish.
M- Medium bodied, a wonderful dry element runs through the entire offering, pale malts mash up with the slightly tart bite. The carbonation plows that all aside and leaves well furrowed path for the slightly sweet finish.
O - I will seek this out again, TO-Ol does well in so many areas, the body meets the aromatics, meets the palate.
a beautiful offering that makes me long for the next visit.
Cheers

Clear orange. Thick frothy head.
Grass, pine and fruit aroma.
Is this the taste of Brett? I have not detected it before in other beers. Unripe fruit.
Medium carbonation.
I'm not really sure about this one.

33cl bottle. Clear orange pour with a very tall head with good retention. Smells funky, like a dank cellar, salty and of overripe sweet fruit. The taste is again funky, with notes of ripe fruit, salt and a bit of lemon zest. Very refreshing.

Hazy, overripe peach color with white head. A lot of funky brett notes in the aroma along with some overripe stonefruits like peach and apricot. Taste follows with the brett funk and some underlying fruit notes. Mouthfeel is really soft and smooth with the right amount of carbonation. Overall this is a really good saison. A lot of brett character without any tartness. Somehow clean overall and extremely drinkable.

Overall I feel like I needed to have this beer fresh because compared to my home brewed French Saison it is missing something. Overall still a well made beer.
