(3.75) A: Golden straw coloured with a thin and wispy head that quickly forms a ring. A bit of clinging lacing and the foam ring does stick around for a while.
(4.25) S: Pineapple, cloves, fresh grasses, grapefruit rind, honey, and sweet orange. An intense fresh and fruity (tropical) aroma that’s also very belgian-like (yeasty). Excellent.
(4.25) T: Fresh grasses, cloves, citrus rinds, diverse tropical fruits, and some bubblegum towards the finish. Heavily dry and fairly bitter. Outstanding diversity of flavours that are each rich and vibrant on their own and work superbly together.
(4.0) M: Medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Fairly clean textured with enough slickness.
(4.25) D: This is fantastic and definitely a farmhouse ale with traditional Belgian roots. This could almost pass as a Duvel with barnyard funk. Whatever the style may be – it's delicious.

On-tap at Prohibition Pig in Waterbury.
Beer is golden in colour, with a good-sized white head.
Nose contains light fruits and yeast, along with some spice.
Taste is quite yeasty, very dry. Grassy hops and light fruits. Nice flavour, and surprisingly traditional. There is no twist of any sort here, just a straight-up saison.
Very refreshing, medium bodied. Moderate carbonation.
Overall, quite tasty. I would slot this in the underrated category, as I find it to be quite a good saison.
