A-Golden with awhite head that quickly dissipates
Smell- Citrusy and spicy
T- Much more bitter than I expecteded at first but quickly gives way to a very pleasant fruitiness but its not the normal citrus/banana taste. It actually tastes a bit like pineapple.
Mouthfeel, Slightly carbonated
Overall-I was very pleased with this beer. Not what I expected from a saison (although I am far from an expert) but it tastes great and was very refreshing.

Excellent twist on the farmhouse style. Pours yellow-gold. Small amount of yeast in bottle. Nose is vinegar and wild, with fruit hop at the end. Tastes like an IPA Saison with lemongrass and strawberry notes with grapefruit rind or pomello hanging outnforna while. I love it.

Pours a slightly hazy medium to deep golden with a one inch foamy white head that lingers, eventually leaving modest lacing as it dissipates.
Light funky, musty notes accompany lemon and orange zest in the initial aroma. Horse blanket, clove, and tangerine emerge. Fairly citrusy.
Flavor is slightly sour, with lots of earthy notes hitting mid palate, becoming dry at the finish. Lemon, tangerine, and clove form the base, and pepper kicks in in the aftertaste. More flavorful than most.
Body is moderate, with fairly high carbonation and slight alcohol warmth.
Very citrusy brew with a hint of funk and an earthy, dry finish. Farmhouse ales generally aren't my bag, but this is more citrus based and less funky, earthy dry character.
