A: opens under a good deal of pressure, and pours with an obscene amount of perfect; tan, Styrofoam, Well retained, but poorly laced head. The beers actual color is very light blocking and deep something like a dark red brick/brown color.
T: Almond chocolate Biscotti just about sums it up, but... The biscotti part is most notable. Biscotti in the way it is muted in flavor in part due to it's insane level of carbonation. As it warms up some fruit driven flavors of rasin and ripe plum. In the end this finishes with a sort of very dark chocolate sensation confusing the palate between bitter, sweet, and sour. and ager for sure.
O: Really cool stuff and I'm thinking it will get better for 6 years or so... has some potential with time. more to come.
