The flashy cans caught my eye and led to the purchase of this 6 pack, I poured it into standard pint glasses.
Very smooth mellow citris taste. Cuts into some great hop flavor. Leaves your mouth bitter, just the way I like it!
This is no doubt a GOOD beer, however for the price and being brewed by Evil Twin I was expecting something more.
Would deffinately order it on tap when I am out, but probably will not buy another 6 pack of this, allthough it is a good beer!

Bottle from Lakeview Liquors. Very nice, like an orange pilsner, yet sort of in the style and good drinkability, tickling the palate. Sweet peachy fizz, lemon. Orange haze colour with loads of lace. Neutral aroma. The IBU is here.Fresh, carbonation above average.

Served from bottle into a Samuel Smith imperial pint. Poured a hazy yellow-orange with a five finger fluffy off-white head that rises out of the top of the glass and subsided to one finger very slowly. Maintained excellent lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, citrus, citrus hop, tangerine, orange peel, and orange zest. The flavor was of sweet malt, citrus, tangerine, orange zest, and citrus hop. It had a medium feel on the palate with high carbonation. Overall this was a good brew. Another low ABV brew from Evil Twin that packs quite a punch in the flavor department. The aroma on this one was really quite nice as well as the citrus was definitely dominant. Even though it was dominating the brew it still managed to be fairly well balanced with a nice touch of sweetness. Definitely worth trying if you get the opportunity.

Bottle: Poured a light dirty yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of dry hops with light dry malt base. Taste is a mix between some dry hops which are almost astringent with a non-descript malt base that is also pretty dry itself. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting but hops profile is somewhat too astringent for my taste.

Poured into a Black Raven pint glass. Pours a slightly cloudy orange-copper amber. Thick off-white head with good retention and massive lacing. Aroma of sweet malt, citrus hops, slight pineapple. Flavor is mild neutral malt and light fruit with intense hops developing into an extremely bitter citrus hop finish, quite astringent. Interesting flavors, but the the extreme hop bitterness in the finish is too stark and surprisingly unsupported by the substantial malt body. Medium bodied with pleasant creaminess. An interesting hoppy pale ale that is flawed by lack of balance in the finish. Sadly, the intense hops eventually numbed the tongue to the point that they were quite tolerable, but the other flavors were correspondingly reduced as well.

A. Very thick, opaque with sediment. Nice Bronze color to it. Big foamy white head with a ton of sediment.
S. Very strong hop scent. Quite sour smelling.
T. Has a soapy taste to it. Quite hoppy. Nice lemon undertone. It is smooth. It has almost a weed-type taste.
M. A mild sour bite in the back of the mouth.
O. It's a mild drink. Could use a bit more of a kick. Smooth but the weed taste tamps it down. Very good, perhaps aging could make better.

A: The beer is very hazy dark yellow in color (like lemon ice tea) and has a light amount of carbonation. It poured with a quarter-finger high off white head that has good retention properties and never completely faded away.
S: There are moderately strong aromas of citrusy hops in the nose. Hints of pineapples are noticeable.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has citrusy flavors from the hops but is well balanced by the underlying malts and has hints of malty sweetness. A light to moderate amount of bitterness is present.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly chewy on the palate and has a light to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and a good representation of the style; it is packed with aromas and flavors.

I had this on-tap at Max's. Poured into a tasting glass.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy yellowish light amber color with a finger of fluffy off white head. There is some great lacing and good retention.
Smell: Quite mild overall. Fruit with some grape smell. Some citrus hops in here as well.
Taste: Much stronger hop presence here than in the smell. Some sweet malt and less fruity notes than the smell. The finish is really bitter.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with fluffy carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall: The bitterness in the finish of this one was a bit much. Would have liked some more balance. Just alright.

First had: on tap at Teresa's, Wayne, PA
Poured a hazy golden-yellow with a huge puff of cloudy white head that retained well and left full lacing on the glass. Aroma of pale malts, floral hops, citrus and light fruits. Lots of citrusy hops in the taste, crisp and floral, with sweet malts and light grains in the background, accompanied by lemon zest and a touch of white grapes. Finished dry and bitter. Light-medium mouthfeel, and quite drinkable.
