Notes/Commercial Description:
The Roman Empire had a certain "je ne sais quoi" - festive food culture, extravagant architecture, and spectacular live entertainment. Some might argue the Emperors were brutal, mad, and hungry for power, and the people vain when taking baths and working out all day. Listen - that's still all part of the secret Imperial ingredient - keep it cool, clean, confident, arrogant, and flamboyant. Forza Imperiale.

Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break

Appearance: dark dark brown, very little lacing, and no head.

Smell: sweet rich lovely coffee.

Taste: pure wonderful coffee with a faint biscuit flavor.

Mouthfeel: medium-heavy and slightly chewy.

Overall:
This is wonderful. The flavors of coffee are dead on and extremely pleasing. It feels just like black coffee except easier to drink quickly.

22oz into a tulip. Pours a deep viscous black w/ a reddish brown head. Beautiful.

Aroma is dark roasted malt, espresso, bitter chocolate. Rich, earthy, inviting.

Taste is big and robust; strong coffee, chocolate. Some caramel, vanilla and molasses.

Mouthfeel is thick and coating, slick. Not syrupy. Nice dry finish.

Overall an outstanding imperial stout, hits on all cylijnders.
