A - Pours a hazy gold with a two-finger foamy white head. Head retention is awesome with heavy lacing.

S - Some very light citrus notes and bready malts.

T - Taste is hop forward with lots of piney earthy notes. There is a good amount of bready malts. Some light citrus appears throughout. Finish has a nice amount of hop bitterness.

M - Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Dry sticky mouthfeel.

O - A nice session beer. Very easy drinking and crisp APA.

Packaged on 9/27/2013.

12oz can served cold. Poured into a shaker pint.

Hipster ale is a slightly hazy pale orange color with thick rocky head. It has good retention and leaves some spoty lace behind.

Aroma is pleasantly hoppy with lots of nice floral and tropical notes.

Flavor is more intensely flavored than I expected from the nose. It's got great hop bitterness and the same tropical fruit character that I noticed in the aroma. Malts are present but only to provide a backdrop to the hops.

Mouthfeel is medium-light in body and nicely carbonated.

Definately a session style IPA or extra pale ale to me. More bitter than balanced.

Served from a 12oz can into a Smutty pint glass.

Appearance- Hazy orange color with a great head retention and lacing.

Smell- Sweet with a weird plastic aroma and mild citrus fruits. Smells like an orangey adjunct lager.

Taste- Cirtus up front, but that plasticy taste is still there, though light. Mild hop presence with some bitterness at the end.

Mouthfeel- Well carbonated and easy to drink. Decent body. Maybe a little too carbonated.

Overall- The aroma kills this beer. It seeps into the taste as well, which is unfortunate, because if that plastic taste wasn't there, it would be a decent beer.

Illegible dating on bottom of can.

A - Pale golden body, hazed, voluminous white head has good retention and lacing.

S/T - Hop forward, mostly herbal, grassy notes, lemon sweetness, pale cracker like malt. Some pine and floral tastes in the finish.

M - Light to medium body, high carbonation, consistency stays smooth, finishes mostly dry with a moderate lingering bitterness.

O - Nice little pale ale. Easily drinkable, crisp, dry, refreshing.
