Picked up a growler of this last weekend. Good, but maybe not their best. Color was a yellow-ish copper. Some head, but not a ton of carbonation, easy mouthfeel for an IPA. The taste was pretty mild for an IPA. Some hops and slight citrus flavor, again, not strong. Floral aroma. All in all a slightly above average IPA, just not super flavorful.

Pours cloudy, shiny golden, with floating bits and a small white head that lingers.
Smells nice, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, papaya, mango, faint floral notes, so pretty decent on the hop side. Add some caramel and biscuity malts, and it might trick you into thinking this is very sweet.
The first seconds after sipping it might also do that. Fruit jam, especially orange and peach, pineapple syrup. Green bitter hops "counterattack", with lots of pine, hop resin, bitter grass, very "dank". Pale malt backbone, a tiny bit biscuity. Aftertaste doesn't suffer from the big bitter flash, that leaves quite some fruitiness along with all the big green notes.
Medium body and carbonation, well hidden alcohol.
Felt like a great by-the-book American IPA, very strong with the hops but also not overpowering, tasty.

A-orange amber color with a now white head and decent lacing

S-citrus, tropical fruit, bready malt, light floral, pine

T-grapefruit, melon, mango, pine, bread dough, light floral, moderate bitter finish

F-medium body with moderate carbonation, crisp

O-decent IPA, fairly easy drinking, but a little on the expensive side

First things first, I love that the Falcon on the label is made out of only triangles. Awesome.

Pours a white head. Color is a vibrant orange hued gold. Some floaties in the beer which I find odd for an ipa.

Flavor profile: Some mango up front and grapefruit in the finish, but other than that this beer is all hops. Floral and pine hops. Very clean hops though. Not sticky or weedy. Some bready malts to balance things out just a hair.

Mouthfeel: Bitter, but fairly clean ending. Medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation.

Overall, an enjoyable ipa, that is on the verge of tasting like a double. It isn't that fruity, but it is clean. Maybe a bit high on the price, however.

A: Crystal clear. More yellow than orange. Medium, super foamy head.

S: Citrus. Mango. Floral.

T: Piney. And...piney.

M: medium body. Medium carbonation. Dry.

O: in your face bitterness. I like it, but am not sure if I can have more than one. Like chewing on a fresh dank hop cone. Great beer if you like 1,000 IBU's
