From the half liter bottle, it pours a golden color with a modest head that slow dissipates and leaves lacing. A lot of lacing. In the nose, it is primarily a bready malt scent. In the mouth, the same. This was the export of my youth, as I was assigned first to Taylor Barracks, Mannheim. Yum!

Pours a finger of head on a clear golden body.
The aroma is a nice mild dry grain smell.
The taste is fairly clean, mild fruit sweet in the middle, finish mild bitterness.
The texture is crisp.
Descent profile.

I thought this beer was pretty weak looking. There was not much for head or lace but what was there was snow white. The body was a hardly carbonated yellow and very transparent. The aroma was mild and pasture like. The flavor was ok. It was fruity, grassy beer with a medicine like finish. The feel was thin with lots of little bubbles.

Yellow color, deep and clean. White, fluffy head. Good appearance.
Malty smell, with touches of hop.
The maltiness is strong inthe taste, too, with some cooked cereal. No defect, but quite banal.
Lack of personality, and drinkability.
A bit too sweet, not very interesting.

0,5 liter bottle. Pours a clear light golden yellow color with a fair but quickly diminishing frothy white head, good lacing. Aroma is corn, pale malts, grain, and earthy hops. Flavor is clean, sweet malts, grain, and a light bitter finish. Dry mouthfeel, light bodied, well carbonated, and a touch of bitterness at the end. Drinkable beer, but boring.

This gives off aromas close to that of a typical German Pilsner, but of course this is not a pilsner, brother. There is a sligthly sweeter malty aroma, but a good floral hops aroma. Altogether a nice freshly mown hay fragrance.
Eichbaum Export produces a good amount of head, which dissipates a bit quickly into fine sticky lacing. The body is ultra clear and golden.
This tastes a lot like a pilsner up until the end. It finishes clean like a pils but sweet, not bitter.
I enjoy exports more than pilsers. I always have and always will. This is a refreshing and smooth lager, and very enjoyable.

Pours a clear dark golden color, with a large thick white head that slowly recedes into this lacing. Smells of sweet malt and a little spicy with a hint a caramel. Taste is smooth, and well balanced between malt and hops. Mild spicies also come through. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and dry. This is a fairly good beer. The best, by far, that I have tasted from Eichbaum brewery.
