No Label Hefe Weizen has an unusually narrow, white head, a very hazy, yellow-gold appearance, with a descending gray-yellow cloud, some bubble streams, and minimal lacing. The aroma is of subdued banana, coriander, citrus, and wheat bread, and the flavor is of those elements and likewise subdued (one could say it is dull). Mouthfeel is light and watery, and No Label Hefe Weizen finishes semi dry and on the mundane side.

Refreshing and not overly sweet like some weizens. I like to drink it outside when its a warm fall afternoon

The label depicts a striking woman in heels & is cleverly named "El Hefe Weizen" (Jefe means boss in Spanish). A nod to both the style of beer & the true "boss" in many households. El Hefe pours a bright gold color & is surprisingly clear for a hefeweizen. I expect a hefe to be a lil more cloudy/hazy. It smells as expected however. Very fresh with hints of clove and banana. The taste is crisp & mirrors the smell but only adds in a small amount of citrus (some might want to fruit it). The body of the beer is really thin compared to a Live Oak Hefe but I kind of like that its different. What fun would it be if every beer tasted the same?

I like this beer as much as Shock Top but less than Paulaner. The banana notes are a very nice touch and its brewed local so I get it a lot during the summer. Seems more filtered than Paulaner. Not as cloudy.
