Pours light copper color with a heavy head. Nice lacing on the side of the glass. Cloudy like a hefeweizen should be. Strong odor, yeasty with coriander and orange peel. Strong malty taste with heavy coriander and orange peel. Good beer if you are looking for a hefe, but I don't drink the style anymore. Definitely not as good as your German hefes. Wouldn't seek out the beer to buy but would purchase at a restaurant if there were no hoppier beers.

Poured into Live Oak Stange.

A - Pale, cloudy straw. Kind of transparent for a wheat beer. Almost no head and very little lacing.

S - Strong on the banana notes. Also get a little hint of vanilla.

T - The banana notes from the nose carry over into the flavor as well. Citrus and clove notes are less pronounced. Pleasent, but would like a little more.

M - Very light mouthfeel, and could use a little more bite.

O - A little torn with this one. It's not the best Hefeweizen I've had, but it's probably one of the best bottled Hefeweizen's I've had. A good summer beer and one I will buy again.

Bought a single at World Market in Round Rock.

Poured a fairly dull light yellow in my pint glass. A bit of haze and a pretty small head. Left absolutely no lacing.

Getting a lot of bubblegum and banana in the scent. Some spices too. Has potential.

Taste follows...a little sweet on the backend. Medium carbonation, but no real surprises here. This one just kind of falls flat for me.
