stopped into this place since I was at Total Wine which was just across the parking lot. There are some decent craft beers here but with total wine so close, you might as well just go there for beer. I'm really not sure why these places are so close to each other. The store was dead and I was the only one in there. Some of the prices on bombers were a dollar more than bottles I saw at total wine. Anyways, if you are in the area might as well stop in to see if there are some odd finds, but otherwise don't make a special trip just to come here.

This store is small for a Lee's. It was mainly put in the same shopping center to go head to head with Total Wine. It fails in on all accounts by way of comparison.

Unfortunately, it suffers the same ill effects as do all the Lee's stores: poor customer service, if not minimal and un-educated staff, same beers as the TW, and too much crammed into a small space.

They do occasionally have a few beers left over that may have been head-hunted and depleted at TW. And they usually don't have limits on quantity. The selection is better than a grocery store, but pales against TW's. And if anyone here knows anything about craft brews, they either keep it to themselves or are never there during opening hours.

The distributors are better at this store than most Lee's, but his quantities of any limited beers has been reduced to minimal numbers lately, so don't expect much in the future.

Finally visited this one after my 2nd time to Total Wine.

Atm- A larger industrial like warehouse with lots of open space. A large selection of spirits. Lots of neon and concrete. Bigger than the 1st Lee's I went to.

Quality- it was pretty decent with a full cooler section. I did find a decent amount of local bombers. At the same their imports and say So. Cal beers were hit or miss with freshness or dating.

Service- The manager was nice enough to look in the back and see if they had any simtra from Knee Deep. Was just him and the cashier so think it was bordeom anyway,

Selection- Was looking for locals and found a few bombers. Was happy with that but noticed a few empty spots in cooler. Had a few west coast and east coast brews with the standard imports

Food- N/a

This is a pretty good store for beer, with a nice range overall, including some good local choices and a pretty nice selection of imports plus some (for me) harder to find basic beers. However, although it had a couple British beers which I had not previously seen, overall it is fairly limited on the selection of imports and higher quality domestic/craft beers. This is much smaller than the other Lee's I've been to in town (the Rambo one, I think, but I can't remember).

Interior is kind of nice, but a bit dark and cave-like, as well as quiet. It is clean, orderly, and well-organized.

Service is poor. It's almost non-existent and the workers seem taciturn and lazy.

Prices are pretty good overall. Compared to Total Wine next door, some prices are better some worse.

As with all Lee's Liquor this one is hit or miss. I have been able to get some good finds here. If shopping here make sure to check dates as there is a lot of out of code beer here. I wont buy anything that isn't dated from Lee's Liquor. As far as the staff you can forget about any sort of help from them. I have asked alot of questions about what is on sale and they never know and usually refuse to check for you. The prices are usually good and I will usually stop in if I'm passing it but won't ever make a special trip to Lee's Liquor. There is much better options then Lee's Liquor for beer in Las Vegas.

Stopped by this newest Lee's since it's in the same shopping center as the Total Wine. The place is very small, probably half the size of the Lake Mead Bllvd location (which is not exactly an airplane hangar).

Looks like the chain is de-emphasizing the beer part of their business, based on my visits this time. Even less beer shelving than the other Lee's I have been to, and even less interesting American craft beer. I was in and out, empty handed, in about 3 minutes.

I did admire the huge pic of Mr. Lee and Puffy on the wall. Lee's is apparently the biggest seller of whatever vodka he promotes. that was the highlight. Bummer.

This store recently opened in the same strip mall as the Total Wine & More which is surprising, but I guess follows the "Home Depot with the Lowe's across the street" philosophy. We stopped in here after a lunch at Gordon Biersch in the same strip mall so it was pretty quite.

The store was a bit more compact than some of the other Lee's I have visited. The store was very clean and well organized. There is a nice assortment of beer available here, from the standard micros to some harder to find one-offs. There are several well stocked refridgerators , and a warm-shelf area that is nicely arranged too. Staff was attentive as I was asked if I needed any help when I entered the store.

I stopped in Total Wine on an earlier day during my stay in Vegas, and the selection was similar, but there are different offerings in both so being in the same mall makes it easy to check the other out if a beer you want is not there. Prices are a bit higher in Lee's too.

For me it is just another place to stock up on good beers during my trips to Vegas. My personal favorite is still the Lee's on West Lake Mead Blvd.

Located in a fairly new shopping complex in the Summerlin/Boca Park neighborhood five miles from Downtown, Lee's is part of the seminal Las Vegas chain of liquor stores. This new location is in the same location as a Total Wines and More shop. After doing some 'deep research' looking for beer pearls to take back to Oregon, I have to give the preference to Lee's. Several local brews (Joseph James, Tenaya) relatively hard to find brews for this part of the country (Flying Fish) along with a good size selection of quality beers in the cooler ready to drink (Duvel) given this store the nod. While prices are certainly higher than Total Wines and More, there weren't the multitude of out-of-stocks I experienced in TWM. Although the selection isn't going to rival the best of Portland, I believe the out of town BA will find something they haven't previously tried to take back home. I do believe this Lee's is superior to the East Tropicana location which was a huge disappointment. Worth a stop.
