Poured from a 22oz can into a mug glass.
A: The beer is a light amber color, with a large foamy white head that fades slowly and leaves a very thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains caramelized malts, wheat, some citrus and some hops.
T: The taste starts out bready with flavors of wheat and hearty but not too heavy malt character. Then there’s some sweetness that comes in from flavors of caramel and citrus followed by a mild alcohol sting. The hops presence is mild but decent for the style however there is very little balance. The after-taste is slightly bready and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp but not very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Not very tasty, goes down ok, not too filling, good kick, not the best representation of style. I like imperial beers. I like wheat beers. However, the two usually don’t mix well, case in point.

A: Pours a orange yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades to a thin cap within a minute, leaving thick lacing in its wake
S: Lightly wheaty and grainy with a fair share of fruitiness and husk. Some earthy and herbal notes from the hops begin to perk up as it warms a bit
T: Follows the nose. Grainy and husky malt shows up first and goes through the whole profile. Some fruitiness and herbal hop notes make their presence mid-way through but are overcome by the grain and husk. Bitter into the finish, which doesn't go all that well with the husk
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: Good for what it is, but I really don't think I'll be eager to get on the imperial wheat wagon any time soon if there is one. The hops and graininess/husk clash quite a bit and don't become nearly as cohesive as they could be if the bitterness from the hops was toned down a little. It could be aged in order to bring the bitterness down a notch, but I'm not sure wheat ales age all that well. Check it out if you're into the style, but be sure you enjoy hop bitterness with your grains

A - Looks like half beer, half muddy swamp poured into a glass. No lacing whatsoever and a thick, sludgy consistency.
S - Smells like a cross between a farmhouse ale and an IPA, though the funkier characteristics of the farmhouse are more prevalent. A bit of a sour nose follows the yeasty whiff.
T - Unfortunately, this is one of the worst beers I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. Perhaps it was due to the casking that drained the beer of its carbonation but I usually love casked beers and thus rate them higher. This beer tasted like the name describes: poor and sweaty. It was an indescribable combination of unbridled sourness and unfinished yeast.
M - Due to the casking it was light in carbonation but was still much thicker than it should have been.
O - One of the worst beers I have ever had. It had the unfortunate acknowledgement as the first bar drainpour I have ever had. Fully paid for at the bar yet left 2/3 full is never a good sign for an experienced beer drinker that has endured more than his share of swill.

Pours a light copper color with only a moderate haze. The white foam cap on this beer laces the pint well. Sweet fruity aroma with a bit of toffee and butterscotch. In the taste, wheat, caramel, toffee, lots of malts. Herbal, mildly citrus hop. Grows a little bitter and astringent midway, and there is a hint of alcohol. Medium bodied well carbonated. Overall this is interesting. Like a small wheat barleywine. Glad I got to try it.
