grabbed at the brewery yesterday and poured cold from the growler a translucent light copper to a sun king shaped pint with a two finger, big foamy, long lasting head leaving lots of sticky lace behind after each sip.
aroma of grassy hops and hints of citrus.
nice hoppy bitter bite up front tingling over the tongue front to back, some citrus, orange peel? in the wayback. after the glass warmed a bit, the sweet-ish malts balanced out a bit of the bitter.
light bodied, creamy smooth, medium carbonation, pretty big bitter bite.
overall, a nice, refreshing brew. bier brewery adds another winner to their list of great beers.
