This is a cozy smaller place on the upper west side on NYC. Part of the Dive bar line of decent beer bars. Low key, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Old school wood bar to the right as you enter. They have about 18 taps, flowing with typical quality offerings from places like Brooklyn, Ommegang, Blue Point, Anchor, Goose Island, Dog Fish Head, Unibroue, Fire Island, and a smattering of middle of the roaders (Guiness, Harpoon,Yeungling) and even a few true tap wasters, going as low as Bud Lite (wow)
A nice feature is they do growler fills, and prices are not crazy, starting at about $14 and going up for the more fancy stuff. ($24 for Delirium Tremens).
Not a bad looking bar menu, with a mess of typical appetizers, salads, soups and a bunch of Mexican options (can't comment on the food, haven't tried it)

Worth a stop for a friendly pint if in the area...I'd be in once in a while if I was a local

So this is a gem if you're into finding interesting bottles and drinking a lil something while you search. I would not recommend coming here to spend an evening, as it is small, and the usual clientele are douche-y and not necessarily well informed, which is strange because this place serves phenomenal beer at decent (not great) prices. I'm drinking mexican cake right now and loving it, but it is 2:30 pm and nobody is here while I look for fun bottles/cans to take home. Owner is a really standup guy and a true BA but come in the afternoon to browse, not in the evening to go out.

The selection is phenomenal. For a small bar in Manhattan--probably the best outside of a warehouse.
I never stay there to drink because of the typically oppressive football watching crowd/cramped environs, but the prices are very fair.
It's not really that dive. Just stuffy.
The bartenders are cute. I wish they wouldn't get huffy when you ask them to grab a beer that it would take a library ladder to reach.

I didn't drink here, but I did stop to buy a number of amazing craft beers to-go. GREAT SELECTION, and pretty good prices, considering it was New York.

Beers cost more to drink in the bar (they charge an uncorking fee).
