Straw to golden in color and plenty hazy. A fingernail of eggshell white sits on top. I smell tart Brett. The flavor is tart Brett with mild earthy hops. There's a sour apple note after the finish. The mouth is heavily carbonated and crisp.

Poured into a wine glass from a 750ml bottle.
Summer 2014

Pours a nice clear light golden color with some nice hay hues. There is a thin white head that forms and recedes to nothing.

Aroma is delicious. Starts off with notes of funky barrel notes. Old and barnyard wood notes are present with some hay notes that transition into a nice winey tartness. Vinous notes of white grape skin and acidic and salty Chardonnay notes.

Flavor is pretty similar to the nose. A soft rounded wood note starting things off. A nice Bret funk continues along the background of the brew as a slightly tart vinous note takes over near the middle of the brew. Nice notes of woody oak show up around the middle as well mixed in with the nice white wine notes. Dry and light finish. Excellent.
