Notes/Commercial Description:
Don't know what to call it besides a Brett Beer. This one gets aged for 3 months in oak barrels with Brettanomyces Lambicus, a cool yeast that gives this beer a wonderfully pretty aroma and flavor that everyone better like or else I'll look you up and teach you a lesson.

Clear, light yellow in color on the first pour. Becomes a bit more cloudy on subsequent pours. Forms a bright white, actively fizzy head that comes and goes leaving just the faintest hint of a ring around the edge. No lacing. Aroma is green apples and grapes along with a vinous quality and old basement brett. Taste is similar. Starts of clean, crisp, and bright with the flavors of apples and grapes. There is a light sweetness. The comes the brett on the back end. The brett flavor is prominent, but not overwhelming. Lighter bodied, thin, and somewhat watery. Medium-heavy carbonation. Little bitterness.
I admit that I am partial to brett beers and while the brett is noticeable on this one, it is not aggressive. An easy drinking brett beer.

Just enough brett funk, a touch of sour, and a nice malt backbone.

From a bottle, pours a clear pale light yellow color, very carbonated with bubbles.

The smell is white wine grape, a little oak, floral, white pepper, nectarine. The flavor is lemon zest, brett, light fruit, apples, and some biscuit. Some dry oak and citric acid. It has a buttery chardonnay mouthfeel to it.

Overall, this is good. it is clean, crisp and very refreshing. Not too tart, balanced. I liked it.
