Thanks to GRG1313 for sharing this one at his tasting.
Pours a hazy light yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is sour and tart with malt, fruit, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour fruit flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of woody bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with some solid aromas and flavors but nothing really stands out to me.

Beer is a hazy yellow gold. Looks like a hefeweizen. Small white head on top.
Smell consists of brett, light fruits and yeast.
Taste is oak, brett and light fruit. The brett is noticeable but not strong. I would have liked it to be amped up a bit more. Flavour is a bit thin.
Light bodied, moderate to high carbonation. Too light.
Overall, average. Nothing bad here but it is too mild.

On tap at The Bridge in St. Louis.
A - Poured a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass.
S - It smelled of spices and a touch of funkiness. Some caramel, too.
T - It tasted slightly funky with a spicy bite and sweet caramel.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light to medium bodied ale with a dry finish.
O - This is interesting. Didn't taste much like a saison.

Poured from the bottle a cloudy straw yellow with one finger to bubbly white head.
The aroma was tart lemon and white grapes with an earthy funk to it.
The tart lemon and white grape were present in the taste along with hints of floral and earthy brett notes through the finish.
Light-to-medium bodied, crisp and dry with a sharp carbonation.
A fairly straight forward and easy drinking Wild Ale but nothing out of the ordinary.
