Big thanks to steve and yonali for bringing this back from la republica dominicana.
Looks just like it should for the style. The clarity of an acid trip epiphany with carbonation thats more appropriate than a bill cosby stand up show.
The nose actually smells like a decent pilsner. A little bit of old ass grain makes its presence known though. Hiding like a rape that you somewhat enjoyed.
Taste is less appealing than the nose. Pretty much straight up adjunct lager, but the yeast profile seems more authentic, despite being older than larry kings suspenders.
mouthfeel is ideal for the style. Tickles the throat like pet dander during an allegra shortage.
overall, a very nice nose, but the flavor is nothing more than a slightly above mediocre macro lager. This could be an old can, probably is, but its ok.

Nov. 2011: 330 ml clear bottle, as Brahma Cerveja do Brasil, Rio de Janeiro - Brasil, Premium Lager. Brewed and distributed by InBev UK Ltd., Luton LU1 3LS. ABV is 4.3%. Bought at Carrefour, Cartagena, Spain. Golden colour, moderate white head. Weak grassy and sweetish "industrial" aroma. Thin mouthfeel. Utterly bland and boring flavour, nothing pleasant about it at all. The little flavour there is, is metallic, dusty, cardboardy and "industrial". Stomach-turning and revolting. Drainpour.

Akin to a weak Mexican lager.
