Serving: On-tap into shaker pint
Served: 27 March 2014
Appearance: Light golden-yellow color, crystal clear, with a small white head. Some lacing at first, but this ended as the beer warmed.
Smell: Light hop aroma on the nose. Hops smell floral and juicy.
Taste: A great session IPA. The taste is really dominated by the hops here. I'm not sure what the other reviewer was tasting, but I certainly get a strong assertion of hops in the taste. The hops are very floral and slightly citrusy. The beer finishes sweet.
Mouthfeel: Here's the one area that I would really like to see improvement. The mouthfeel felt thin, and the carbonation left the beer very quickly. I understand that session IPAs are not supposed to be as fully bodied as regular IPAs, but I would have liked to see a bit more carbonation to offset the CO2 loss as the beer sits out and begins warming.
Overall: A great session IPA, and one I would recommend. I enjoyed this beer and it went great with the hamburger I was having. Not too strong, not a hop bomb, and really complimented the rest of the meal. Would recommend, especially for other fans of session IPAs.

Served on-tap. Appearance was fairly average. Light golden color, slight lacing but lacked apparent hop aroma one would get from a better crafted session APA. Taste was very bland, hops gave no distinguishable flavors. Mouthfeel was dominated by the malt backbone of the beer.
Very run of the mill, poorly executed APA.
