Brewed and dry-hopped with 3 pounds per barrel of Amarillo!!! Dry in the beginning, with a nice malt middle and a huge hop finish, this big I.P.A. brings notes of bright fruit and citrus. Miiiiiiiiister Crowley!!! What went wrong in your head? Oh, Mr. Crowley, did you talk with the dead???

On tap. On the maltier side of the IPA spectrum. Hops are fruity and dank until the malt takes over. Mouthfeel is full and sweet, carb solid. Overall a solid but not remarkable beer

Acquired from Haymarket Pub and Brewery in beautiful Chicago, IL. Drank out of a Toppling Goliath King Sue teku.
Look: Dark copper/brass color. Poured with a finger and a half of white head with decent head retention. Highly carbonated with small, fast down-up bubbles.
Smell: Tropical fruit, citrus, biscuit malt, booze, a bit of floral smell.
Taste: Floral notes come out more in the palate, nice dankness, candied orange, alcohol sweetness, fluffy biscuit, sweet on the back palate with light lingering bitterness.
Feel: Light side of heavy mouthfeel, great viscosity, well balanced carbonation with a bit of prickliness, slick and coating. Very good. Although I prefer Mathias, the feel of Aleister is just killer. Yes.

Pleasantly floral nose but might be a bit too bitter on the palate for me. A solid DIPA but not in Matthias category as I prefer Citra versus Amarillo anyway.
