A: pretty big place w/tanks prominent. Tiled floors and dark wood. Not much decoration wise. Lots of flat screens everywhere w/sports on.
Q: the one house beer I tried was underwhelming, but this has 13 great guest tap selections and a really nice bottle selection. The few macros are listed as "american crap" such as pbr blatz and hamms. Strongow listed as "british crap". Focus is mainly on belgians and american interpretaions of belgian styles. Good selection of american ipas.
Service: fine, was there late on a weeknight.
Selection: noted above.
Value: growlers are pricey and imperial pints are up tp $7.50...I like that they offer drafts in several differnet sizes though. I also like that they do the extra glass rinse thingy before pouring.
update: have been back. some pours are $9, and a growler i got was $27 plus $5 for the initial one. when your growlers cost more than 3 floyds, you might want to rethink your pricing. i'd be back a lot more for growlers if they were more reasonably priced. focus of house taps was much more towards hoppy beers rather than belgian styles when i returned, which i liked. the mathias iipa was awesome, as was the woodford reserve/cocoa nib aged barleywine. the dahl apa i tried was also quite good.

I live a few blocks from the brewery and go here often. They have a pretty good selection of beer that keeps changing constantly, so every time is a different experience. Love the Mathias, probably one of the best IIPA I've had.
They tend to be open even on all holidays, which is a nice plus.
The best thing I like about the pub is that they do 4oz pours of all their beers on tap, which makes it nice to be able to sample a wide variety.
Food is about average; they do have a couple of vegan options as well.

The best brewpub in Chicago. Sure, Revolution's great too, but this is my go-to. Excellent beer, food, and service. What more could you want?
