"Brewed with imported Simpson malts and East Kent Golding hops. Our Stout features bold notes of coffee and chocolate, with a dry roasty finish."

5.4% ABV, 40 ibu, poured on tap.
A - half finger dark brown, rather lighter color.
S - coffee, not much cocoa, bit of raisin that kinda sour.
T - medium light body, dry, toasty taste.
O - it's more like a porter than stout, easy drinking, especially when u craving for a stout n there's no other choices in the bar.

A - Poured dark brown with some light coming through and produced a small light tan head.
S - It has excellent coffee aromatics with some light chocolate lingering in the background.
M - Light-medium carbonation with a silky smooth texture.
T - Nice coffee flavors hit the taste buds first followed by light roasted malts and malt sweetness. It finishes with a pleasant coffee bitterness. It's got a ton of flavor for such a low alcohol content.
An excellent stout, I was very surprised and wasn't expecting such a flavorful experience. I can't wait to try their other brews.

A very good but stout but rather on par with most available on tap in the market.
Pours a dark brown hue with a light head fading to almost non-existent lace.
Smells mostly of coffee, cocoa, and toast. Palate confirms with a pleasant, though straightforward coffee, cocoa, toast, and spice core.
Texture is really fine, velvety, low alcohol is nice, well integrated, but falls a little short on the finish.
Again, overall solid, but nothing to drive across town for. If I had to choose against other standout stouts in PDX I would have a hard decision.

A: pours jet black with a very thin khaki/off white heasd that dissipates quickly.
S: Dark roasted malts, chocolate, caramel not much hop presence at all
T: lightly fruity but sweet upfront. Not hops to balance the sweetness. Biscuit, toasted malts caramel and chocolate come through.
M//D: thick, as a stout should be with a lot of residual sweetness and no alcohol present. Pretty good for a local stout.

I do not know the people who own or work for this brewery.
Appearance- Dark brown. Very little light showing through. Tan head that dissipates to a small ring.
Smell- Nice roasted malts. Some chocolate and a little coffee flavors round out this aroma.
Taste- Chocolate and roasted malt. Some grainy/coffee taste as well, but in a good way. It also has great dryness to it.
Mouthfeel- Perfect creamy mouthfeel for the style.
Drinkability- At 5.4%, I could put this down easy and will! It has some astringency to it, but I think that makes it even more to style.
This is an outstanding stout. Very close to style. I am more and more impressed with this brewery every time I visit.
