Presentation: Poured into a pint glass from a tap at The Flying Saucer in Columbia, SC.
A: Reddish amber color with a nice fluffly light tan head and moderate lacing.
S: Moslty malty smells with a decent amount of underlying floral hop scent.
T&M: Crisp, yet smooth. Well-balanced with toasted caramel malts and substantial hop flavors throughout. Mild chocolate sweetness, and citrus hops are balanced throughout. Medium bodied.
WAY BETTER on tap than in the bottle. The hops shine through enough to give it a unique taste.
Serving type: on-tap
