Appearance: Cloudy yellow with a short-lived head.
Smell: Lemon and wheat.
Taste: Crisp citrus and wheat, faint soybean-like yeast flavor, balanced herbal finish (lavender).
Mouthfeel: Crisp, thin, well carbonated
Overall: There are a lot of beers that are refreshing on a hot day. This does that, and also has some complexity in the taste.
Serving type: on-tap

12 oz bottle poured into a lager glass.
A - Cloudy peach. Zero head. Spotty lacing.
S - Oranges and orange zest with a little wheat.
T - Oranges and zest, some wheat. Finishes quite nicely with a peppering of hops.
M - Medium/light
O - This is just begging to be a great wit. Perhaps it needs some lemon? Still a very pleasant brew. Would make a decent session.
