12 oz. bottle poured into a tulip glass.
A--A nice golden peach. Tannish head that dissipates quickly, leaving no real lacing.
S--Light citrus, orange with mild wheat.
T--Sweet with citrus. Malts follow a bit of orange.
M--Quenching. Medium feel with nice carbonation
O--A nice wit. Very well balanced. I can see having a few on a warm, summer night.

Appearance: Cloudy yellow with a short-lived head.
Smell: Lemon and wheat.
Taste: Crisp citrus and wheat, faint soybean-like yeast flavor, balanced herbal finish (lavender).
Mouthfeel: Crisp, thin, well carbonated
Overall: There are a lot of beers that are refreshing on a hot day. This does that, and also has some complexity in the taste.
