tap at OTB Bicycle Cafe
Pours a very cloudy opaque lemon color with bits of white lacing.
Smells of lemon, orange zest and bananas.
Tastes lemony with zest and wheat malt flavors and light hints of chamomile like honey sweetness.
The mouth is medium, fuller than most wheat beers, with some sparse tingly carbonation.
Pretty tasty and unique wheat, infinitely sessionable, this would be fantastic on a warm summer day. I'll definitely look for this again.

Thanks to Dan at Beaver Brewing!
A: Pours a hazy yet bright golden color. Provides a nice thick tight white foam head. Nice moderate lacing.
S: Nice and clean on the nose. Decent amounts of wheat, spice, chamomile and flowers.
T: Never having had chamomile in the past, it took a few sips to really figure it out. The spice hits the palate first and then in the middle the wheat and chamomile really come together. Finishes with a touch more chamomile on the back end.
M: Very clean and refreshing taste left on the palate. Nicely carbonated.
D: This is easy to drink. A low ABV makes this perfect for drinking all day in the spring and summer.

Pours a nice hazy yellowish gold color with a nice two finger white frothy head which gives way to decent lacing up and down the glass. The aroma has a sweet smell chamomile a lavendar flowery scent and some nice wheat notes are present. The taste has a wheat backbone, and in front is a nice flowery taste followed by the chamomile and honey and clove in the backend. The mouthfeel was well carbonated. The drinkability is high on this made it a session beer when I had it.

Best Wheat beer on the planet. Smooth aroma of a sweet wheat and chamomile. The Chamomile gives it a taste of honey. I think there is some clove in there? The mouthfeel is bubbly. Not like champagne, but very crisp. It's so smooth, and with a low ABV, you can drink a ton of this. On tap at the 1810 Tavern in Bridgewater.
