A - Pours a clear, golden straw in color. White, 2 finger head and doesn't waste any time leaving.

S - Bready malts with some hay/straw in the background.

T - Faint sweet malts, bready and grassy notes.

M - Refreshing, easy to drink and great carbonation.

O - A very smooth, crisp beer that one could easily go through a 6 pack of on a hot summer day.

Pours a transparent off-straw color. White bubbly foamy head dissipates quickly to a thin white layer, and then fades to a broken single layer of bubbles. No lacing.

Smells of malt with some bitter hops. Some sweet bread notes, with a little sweet grass.

Taste is malt sweetness, with some grass notes. Some citrus hops, and a slight bitter hop finish. But very smooth.

Mouthfeel is medium, with some carbonation. A malty crisp finish, and easy to drink.

This is a good local beer. I was pleasantly surprised.

Tin Roof Blonde has a thick, slightly off-white head and a clear, fairly bubbly, golden appearance with some thick lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of lemon, biscuit, and tap water. Flavor is of faint citrus fruit, bready barley malt, mild hops, and tap water. Mouthfeel is watery, and Tin Roof Blonde finishes refreshing, pleasant, and easy going. Overall, this is a simple, yet very good beer. It was created to be a tailgating beer, and in that respect, it fulfills its mission almost to perfection.

Pours a clear blonde color, bone white head.

The aroma was quite bready and biscuity, with a touch of grassy hop notes.

Tastes of bread crusts, biscuits, and grassy hops. Minimal bitterness.

Nice light feel, refreshing, good carbonation.

Blondes are kinda boring, but they can be a refreshing choice and this fits the bill.

Poured from a yellow and purple, LSU-inspired 12 oz can. Thanks to my brother for bringing these cans to me. The beer pours a clear straw color with a white head. The aroma has a nice pilsner/biscuit malt aroma, with a little bit of grain thrown in. The flavor is more of the same. There is a nice grass and light orange citrus tone, with some sweet biscuit malt. The bitterness is very low. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Overall, a very easy to drink, refreshing blonde ale. Glad I got to try this one.

Poured into a glass mug. Pours clear golden with a large, creamy white head. The head dissipates slowly, leaving some lacing on the side of the glass. Tiny bubbles can be seen rising up from the bottom of the glass. The aroma is generally mild. I can pick up some sweet malts. It smells bready and grassy. There is some hop aroma. The beer has a nice, pleasant and mild sweet malt flavor with some hop bitterness. The flavor is well balanced and very tasty. The body is medium. It is crisp, smooth, and creamy. The drinkability is very high. Overall, this is a very good beer from Tin Roof. It's a very sessionable beer that I would buy again.

Poured from tap at Portico in Monroe, LA. Pours a slightly brownish golden. No head or lacing but it looks a bit more brown than a blonde should be..but it looks good.
Smell is very mild if barely present at all...just some malts and typical "beer" aroma.
Taste is great though. Its crisp and malty but has a really mild hop flavor. Really smooth and super easy to drink, plus it really has a lot of body for the style. Great session brew. Overall, nice brew and I can't believe it hasn't been reviewed yet?! Worth a try if you see it.
