Shared this at a recent tasting.
Golden-straw color, hazy, with a cap of bubbly white head that quickly dissipated to a thin ring; minimal lacing. Aroma of funky hay, essence of lemon, with the plum coming in in a very subtle way. Good lambic taste, funk and delicate tartness, wet grass, again the plum was pretty light, almost a background flavor--this wasn't a really fruity beer, which might appeal to some and disappoint others--some savory rhubarb notes, and a hint of oak. Light-medium body, crisp and fairly dry, lightly acidic, lower carbonation. Very nice overall.

Poured from 750mL bottle into Duvel glass.
Golden, opaque. Mostly flat.
Really tasty. Very subtle and enjoyable plum flavor, mixed with the usual (but not excessively funky) lambic notes.
Sourness is not excessive, either, for a lambic, and mouthfeel is smooth.
Expensive, but would buy again, if I could find it somewhere for an affordable-ish price.
