Was just in today and wow!
The selections were out of this world. Bourbon County Stout, Allgash Sours, The Bruery, Devil's Backbone. Really blown away by the selection.
Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even in the "off-season" at the beach.
I would and will return again and again.

In the craft beer desert that is OCMD, this place was a godsend. It is an interesting place that also serves food. They had 5-6 cases of craft beers, with tons of good IPAs. They had a good selection of local products such as Dogfish, Eastern Shore, EVO, and 16 Mile.
As expected for a resort area, the prices were pretty high - six pack of New Belgium Ranger IPA was 11.99.
They had a mix and match 6 pack area that was pretty cool, though it lacked clarity as to the prices and what to do.
Service was acceptable, although I did not require much assistance

On the prowl for good beer. Liquid Assets is the only game in town (town being norther OC up to Fenwick).
Atmosphere: In a small strip mall, the store abuts the bistro. Warm woods and a rustic layout greeted me. Coolers to the left, liquor in back and wine everywhere else. A wide open space, plenty of seats including a large bar.
Quality: A decent selection, a couple of staffpeople circulating, a nice layout. More than is to be expected for a beach store.
Service: I didn't seek out any assistance and was offered none. I found the craft on my own and didn't really interact until I was on the way out.
Selection: Good selection. A cooler has single larger-size bottles (plenty of Stone, DFH, and Firestone Walker). Behind me, warm singles are available for mixed sixpacks. Cold sixpacks follow witha decent run of craft beers, including Evolution, Eastern Shore, and others. I went with a mixed pack of Evo and ESB.
F: Didn't eat.

Liquid Assets is actually a pretty cool place. It's mainly a wine bar/store and was clearly built as a wine-first place though there is a fair amount of beer available to go. The food is a bit over-the-top (I got a burger and it came with two toppings I've never even heard of) but is very tasty and definitely worth trying.
Beer-wise, they have about 6 fridges of craft beers including a full fridge of 22 oz bombers and a good selection of 6-packs. Most of the usual suspects are covered: Sierra, Southern Tier, Lagunitas, Dogfish (local), Evolution (local), Oskar Blues, Chimay, Great Divide, Long Trail, Boulder, etc. It's not an incredible selection, but probably one of the best you'll find in OC. They also have mixed six-packs but each bottle is like $2.99 so good luck with that.
Price is ,well, it won't the cheapest beer you'll buy but it's the beach so everything is a little more expensive. With so few other options to find good craft beer in OC, the price is what it is.
Service is a tough one to grade. They are excellent with providing more info on and recommending wines, but a little more limited with beer. I've never had anyone offer to help with beer but they do have distributors in frequently on weekends for beer (and wine) tastings and the distributors are obviously a great source of info.
Overall, Liquid Assets is a great option as a bottle shop and is worth grabbing a bite to eat while you're there. Given the limits of Ocean City when it comes to beer, this is definitely one of your best options.
