Look I was visiting my sister in Swissvale on a Sunday night, we didn't have many places to check out that were open. We found this place after Kelly's and the Sharp Edge were closed. Tap selection had a nice range from Atwater Vanilla Java, East End Big Hop, East End Fat Gary's Brown, Bell's Two Hearted, SNPA, and more that I thought were interesting for a small blues focused live music venue to carry. Bottles I found Victory, Green Flash, Stone, Troeg's and many more. My sis was slurping down some Blue Moon and I got pretty comfortable with the Two Hearted after Penn Marzen didn't really impress me. Bartender seemed nice enough and stated he was really into IPAs, well the selection proved that fact. No food on this visit but the menu seems to have some decent pub grub. I will have to make it back here for a concert it seems like they do a bit of alt country/blues/indie/jam band and probably everything in between I will keep my eye on their website. This is proof that the beer scene is alive and well in the Burgh, more mainstream/even smaller concert venues are carrying the cream of the crop.
