Notes/Commercial Description:
Did someone ask for hops? Tired of beers that promise a full lupulin experience, but never deliver more than richly malted bitterness? It’s no secret that this is what we excel at. We’ve been brewing world class IPAs for years. Our flagship is the culmination of a decades worth of studying and brewing. Take a step above and acclimate to what an IPA should be.

Canned 3/22/14 at 45 degrees into standard pint glass
Aroma markedly piney
Head large (5 cm), yellowish, creamy with rocks, slowly diminishing to 1.5 cm layer
Lacing fair with broken rings and large bubbles
Flavor - Very piney and bitter with no distinct alcohol, malt, or diacetyl flavors
Ends chalky and bitter
Palate medium, watery, carbonation soft.

A markedly bitter IPA, just as the brewers wanted. A little too bitter for my tastes, but I'll still drink the rest iof the four-pack and be happy I got to try it.

The beer comes in a slightly hazy light orange amber color.

The aroma is rushes of bright hops of peaches, orange peel, a new age hop berry. A light breadiness along some pine and dankness on the back along with onion and garlic.

The flavor is extremely different from other IPAs. The beer cuts off at about middle late palatte is bone dry! In the front, peach, orange peel, juicy pineapple. Then the beer is generally surrounded by medium minus piney bitterness. The beer is really dry and decently bitter, but as you drink more, a candy sweetness begins to pop its head up at mid palate, surrounded by a light bready malt, and then disappears. The finish is of fresh grapefruit peel.

An absolutely bone dry IPA and really where I want the style. I draw similarities to Zombie Dust because of the drying and malt body.

A: golden/copper color, great head and lacing. A lot of bubbles. Looks incredibly enticing.

S: Tropical fruit, dank, oily, resiny, heady awesomeness.

T: The first sip and the first sip only comes across slightly too bitter. After that it is perfect. I guess once that heavy dose of lupulins hits your tongue it prepares you for this multi layered, fantastic tasting IPA. Great interplay of hops and biscuity malts (definitely mostly dank, oily hops). Pineapple, guava, grapefruit peel, sweet bread, cannabis.

M: full, creamy, sticky, perfect.

O: one of the best IPAs. Seek this out
