Huge thanks to GHB!
Clear, sunny orange color, with a bright white head, dissipating to a foamy ring. Aroma is fruity hops, which I'm guessing is Mosaics claim-to-fame. There's some papaya, mango, and some bread crusts. The fruity hops carry on to the taste, lending some light tropical notes, a sweet honey taste, and a mild bitterness. Body is light, crisp, clean, and slick.
Having had a hand full of their hop monsters, I was initially disappointed...but then I slapped myself into realizing that this is not an IPA, and and it really showcases the Mosaic superbly.

Thanks to GHB for the growler.
Appearance: Clear gold with amber highlights. A finger of head retains solidly.
Smell: Layers of fruit - mango, guava, pineapple, blueberry. Signature mosaic aromatics. Subdued malt presence.
Palate: Juicy tropical fruit dominates. Mango and pineapple, hints of blueberry. A soft doughy malt backbone and mild residual sweetness amplify the great hop flavors. Light-bodied, mildly bitter. Supremely quaffable.
Overall: Loved this beer. Could drink this all day long.
