Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty beige color ale with a huge off-white head with perfet retention and lacing. Aroma of funky barnyard and dry hops is really great. Taste is also a perfect mix between some dry hops with some powerful funky barnyard notes originating from the yeast. Easily drinkable with not much alcohol (5.5%) and perfectly mix between dry and funky and I love the fact that filtration was limited. I wish this was more accessible over here.

The color, in spite of the name, it a bit more dark, tending to honey, almost orange. Quite hazy, with some tiny foating bodies. Beautiful foam, quite creamy.
Fresh smell, with hay, flowers, notes of camomile, and orange hints.
Light honey note. But overall, freshness and harmony.
The taste too, with honey notes again, but not boring at all. Fresh again, maybe just a little less than the smell.
Orange again, in the taste and in the aftertaste too, that is not too long, with some bitterness, and honey again.
