750ml bottle into a Tulip glass. Enjoyed on jan´12. Bright pale gold in color, slightly foggy appearance. Copious, rocky, large bubbled, white head. Fairly good retention in such a high carbonated ale. Nice collars are left on sides. Pretty close froth. Wild yeast & green grape aromas. Hints of lemon zest. Sour almonds & gentle acidic upfront. Moderate malty flavor with subtle underliying spiced. Light body, high carbonation. Grape zest & sweet finish. Smooth citric aftertaste. Delightful beer for all sour ale lovers. High ABV no felt at all.

The brew is hazy light brass colored, an enormous white head that leaves good lacing and has some curtains.
The smell is heavily metallic, but with fruity yeast overtones.
A sweet dextrose taste, grapes, lemon, elder-berry, finishing with grape peel and some cat pee.
Medium carbonation, intensive foamy small bubbles, smooth and a medium body, a smallish dry finish.
A very wine like character, went very well with a strong curry Panang.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy pale beige color ale with a super large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of corn is pretty heavy with some weird ester. Taste is also reminiscent of corn though I would guess no actual corn was used with some weird ester and a fruity finish. Body was full with good carbonation and no signs of alcohol. This one is very hard to categorize and while the taste is very different then most beers I know I am not sure I would venture to drink this very often.

Beer with spumante yeast, and also with hop grown in the brewery fields.
Golden yellow, quite hazy. Good perlage, thin. A lot of a white and creamy head.
At the smell, in the start, somenthing not so good (cheese). But aftert some while, it changes. Lemon scent, yeast. Quite fresh, also. Again, peaches, freshness. And then fruit and white flowers.
At the taste the spumante yeast is clearly present, and also the hop. The taste is malty, with fruity notes, slightly sour.
9 ABV, but absolutely well hidden.
High carbonation, thin. Aftertaste with white flowers, citrus fruit notes, and peach.
Average body.
Maybe just a bit too carbonated, and not a bit "heavy". Not really easy to drink, but interesting.
