Poured from a 16oz can into a pint glass.
Appearance is a dark amber with lots of off-white, foamy head that slowly fades. Nice lacing.
Smell is grainy with floral hops.
Taste is a really nice balance between malty sweetness up front and spicy hop bitterness with the finish - maybe some clove flavors in there? Delicious.
Mouthfeel is very dry thanks to a light body and heavy carbonation.
Overall this is an excellent twist on the American style IPA - really like the dry finish and hop character.

A- Clear and amber. An off white soapy one finger head caps this brew. Minimal active carbonation and mild lacing.
S- Sugary sweet malts, bready yeast. Dank grassy hops as well. A little dirty sweat sock aroma.
T- The sweet malt in the nose is slightly subdued here by an assertive hop presence that has a balancing effect on the flavor. Bitter with a sweet fruit juice blend. Definite notes from the Belgian yeast strain used in this beer come to the forefront in the middle. This one ends sweet n spicy with a modest peppery aftertaste.
M- Medium to medium -heavy. Wet and sticky.
O- Pretty decent Belgian style IPA. For me it's a little sweet. But being a hop head and trying to rate fairly per style I think this brewski is a better than average representation. Not a favorite of mine but will do in a pinch.
