It’s a great smeller. Not bad tasting and should pair well with my seafood pizza. It’s a good local beer. It has a bit of bitterness on the back end but overall a nice brew. On tap at Digsby’s, Seville, Ohio.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours crystal clear golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, honey, light caramel, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical/earthy hops and moderate dark/bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, pine, honey, light caramel, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus rind, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, berry, lemon/orange peel citrus rind, pepper, pine, honey, toasted bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/earthy hops and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate dryness from lingering bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 7.5%. Overall this is a delicious IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/earthy hops and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink; despite the aggressively bitter/resinous/drying finish. Very dank and vibrant hops, and nice malt backbone with no residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering.

Clear golden with a thin, clingy white head.
Dank hoppy onions on the nose with dandelion and orange.
Crackery malt flavors take the front seat, with lightly bitter hops contributing grass, grapefruit and even green grape characteristics.
Smooth and frothy, unexpectedly nice for this sort of IPA.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass complements of the manager who was hosting the rep the next day didn't know it was available. It says 100ibu but doesn't taste like it. Has some hop bite and some floral notes. @7.5% it is a nice drinking IPA.

Deep cloudy orange in color and not much upon the nose. The hop notes are sharp, highly citrus, and very one-note. Very drinkable, the hops hold the malts pretty much at bay, but there is no complexity whatsoever.

Almost brown in color. Hops are present but so is a malty sweet metallic taste that builds in the wrong way. It's local so I thought I would give it a shot but it will be my first and last one of these.

Great beer. 100IBU goes down smoother than the fat head with 87 IBU. They balance this beer amazingly.
