On tap at The Brew Kettle. Quick notes input on my cell phone. 16oz. via pint glass.
A: Average copper/amber pour, think Brooklyn Lager. Very nice clarity. No head when it arrived and produces very little lacing.
S: Very sweet and clean malts almost like a Vienna Lager. Hops are very light and add just a touch of floral hops.
T/M: This is almost like a clone of GLBC Elliot Ness with 'flatter' hops. Nice sweet malt base and weak floral hops. Body is light with a bit of creaminess but feels a bit more watery on the finish.
D: I want to say this was listed at around 4.8% but I honestly can't remember and didn't write it down. Very easy to drink and would drink a lot more if I lived in the area... A good alternative to Brooklyn Lager or GLBC Elliot Ness and you could support a local brewpub.
