A - golden haze with an orange / copper color.
S - As good as it gets.
T - Excellent hop bitterness, orange zest, citrus
M - Mild carbonation, medium mouthfeel

Overall - One of the most underrated IPAs out there. Delicious, incredible aroma and just an all around excellent beer. If you haven't had one yet, find one. Can go head to head with any of the West Coast top guns.

Appearance: Beautiful amber pour with 1/2 finger of white head and ample carbonation.

Smell: Pine, mango, citrus, bready malt. Yum.

Taste: Piney, mango hoppiness right up front. The middle has a nice malt profile, that washes over with grapefruit. The end finishes real clean and dry with a hint of piney bitterness and some grapefruit.

Mouthfeel: Medium carbonation and not too heavy. Paired with the juicy taste, this is very drinkable.

Overall: This is definitely a great IPA, and I feel lucky to have gotten this fresh. Definitely leans towards the west coast style with how much bitterness is going on here, but I like it; there's just enough malt to lend some balance.

Poured from a growler into a pint glass
A: Orange color, very transparent, a two-finger head that slowly settles
S: Bold pine and grapefruit aromas, some florals
T: Dry/earthy initially strikes me. Then the grapefruit/pine come through, then florals & a bit of bread, then back to the dry/earth to finish. Definitely a complex beer and a 'tasting experience' in that it has an enjoyable evolution in your mouth rather than being monotone
M: Medium-bodied, dry
O: This fits the IPA style well yet doesn't come across as your 'stereotypical' IPA. More unique in a good way
