$ 1.99/12 oz bottle at Vintage Estates in Boardman, OH
Undated bottle at 40 degrees into snifter
Aroma of coriander
Head small (1.5 cm), white, fizzy, rapidly diminishing to an irregular ring between 1 and 3 mm wide
Lacing none
Body light yellow, yeast haze
Flavor begins moderately sweet and spicy with some yeast phenolics; no hops, no alcohol, no diacetyl
Palate light to medium, watery, lively carbonation

A very drinkable wit, light and refreshing. And the current label says 'Summer SOULSTICE"

12 FL. OZ. bottle
Served in a pilsner

A - It is pale yellow in color and clear. It is capped with three inches of eggshell head. There is little lacing.

S - I smell the traditional orange and coriander.

T - I notice a distinct orange taste. I also taste some spices. Coriander comes to mind again.

M - Medium

O - It is a refreshing beer after a long day at the ballpark watching the Tigers beat down the Tribe. This is a pretty good witbier.

Hazy golden straw body is balanced by a fruit white head that lingers.

Notes of coriander, orange zest, lemon, and what counter floral estery notes of Belgian yeast. Lots of yeast and fruit dominance.

Flavor follows suit, with sour lemon and sweet orange pith opening into a wheat, lightly bready malt backbone that lingers into the lightly dry, somewhat flat finish.

Body is moderate, with carbonation a touch on the high side.

Nice spices and fruit character, with good yeast presence and enough wheat to be noticeable. The finish is a little flabby.

Served from the bottle into a nonic glass.

A- Poured a very clear pale golden color with tons of visible carbonation, white soapy head that left no lace.

S- Bubblegum, citrus, clove, and yeast.

T- Lots of sweet cracker and bready malt, citrus, clove, bubblegum, yeast, and coriander notes.

M- Light bodied, not dry, prickly carbonation, and kind of watery finish.

O- A lot more sweetness and malt expression that other witbiers I have had, but overall a solid witbier that hits most of the notes you expect for the style.
