Had on tap at the brewery.
A: Pours a medium amber with a finger of tan head.
S: Nice floral hop aroma.
T: Nice floral hop bitterness. Very crisp and clean.
M: Light body.
D: Would drink another.
All the beers at this brewery seem very fresh and never cloying in the least.

On tap at Paw Paw brewery. Served in a sampler glass. Pours a nice orange-copper color with a good white head and some sticky lacing as it goes down. The nose carries a good bit of citrus hops with a touch of semi-sweet malt in the background. The flavor hits the right citrus notes with enough malt to be East Coast-style, though it doesn’t go over the top. Body is light-to-medium with good carbonation and a dry finish. Nice local brew for when I visit my parents.

At the brewery. This place was full the saturday I went, amazing IPA, I rank it right up there with some of the best. Perfect for the hop head, high ibu's on this, very bitter and super tasty, tastes like there is alot of alcohol but for a ipa their is not to much.

Review input from notes.
Bright burnt orange body. Rather cleat and free of sediment. Modest one finger head set atop. Head recedes rather quickly, a fair amount of lacing left clinging to the glass.
Pleasant aroma, just lacking depth. Predominately floral hop presence. There is a slight piney aroma which can be noted as well. I was really looking for something more here.
Soft malt flavor is noted off the bat though the hops quickly emerge and bury the malt. Assertive bitterness. Strong pine presence. Very green floral flavor. I wish there was a bit of bright citrus to break up the bitterness here.
Medium bodied IPA, well carbonated. The finish is short and dry, very appropriate for the style.
This beer suffers from a bit of an identity crisis. It is hopped like an assertive IPA but with the ABV of an APA. I feel a bump in the ABV could really balance out the sharp bitterness. A decent beer, I feel their APA is much better. Not one I will reach for often.
