The beer looks good, and I do like the leaf added on top of the beer at their restaurant, but the beer is not good.

Bought at Trader Joes in a 4-pack for New Years Eve, I saved one to rate.

Very lively transparent (but clouds when the final bit goes in) yellow orange colored beer. Fizzy foamy white head pours about two fingers and leaves good lacing as it resides a bit. Good balance between citrus hops and malts.

Citrus centered hop profile. With some citrus forward IPA you don't always get that bitter punch at the end, but this one is just fine in that category. Medium body and on the low side of medium carbonation.

Overall: I really like this beer. A great example of a well balanced, delicious IPA. Will most likely purchase again. One of my favorite Colorado IPAs.

Deep amber colored body with a huge frothy, creamy head; very sticky lacing. Bold pine and floral aromas; spicy. Evenly mixed flavors of mild caramel and honey with a soothing, even-keeled hop bitterness to balance things out. Medium-heavy body; smooth and creamy; semi-dry finish.

A very nice discovery of a very tasty, well-balanced and subtly complex IPA. The flavors, aromas, and look are big and bold yet drinking this wonderful ale is quite approachable. You get the hugeness of things without getting sledgehammered. Well worth checking out...

Beautiful copper color. Lasting mostly-white head. Sticky lacing throughout. Initial punch to the nose of pine and grapefruit. Secondary sniff a subtle hint herb. Medium body. Begins with a citrus punch then mellows to a hint of caramel and finishes with a hefty dry-hopped resin kick. Medium warmth throughout. However, strange ability to session this. It will sneak up on you. Really enjoyed this beer. A refreshing take on a style oozing with excessive alpha acidity.
