350ml bottle served in a tulip glass.
A: Pours a coppery/amber color with about two fingers of a white head that dicipates very quickly. Pretty much no lacing left, with some carbonation.
S: Very malty. A lot of caramel, a bit spicy. Cloves, grapes. Sweet fruitiness.
T: Not very different than the smell, but much sweeter. Not boozy or bitter, very sweet.
M: A bit watery, medium carbonation and pleasant aftertaste.
O: This is probably the best Ambev beer there is. Decent beer for its price, however there are many better beers in Brazil.

Had this one fresh while in Brazil. The bottle is perfect to avoid light, seems like fake ceramic, and covered in paper.
Disappointment starts with the pour into their own glass, where it shows a copper body, thin tan head, minimal retention and no lacing.
Aroma is sweetish, with medicinal, ether notes that can nearly "burn" your nose. Not much else to be described.
Thinner than expected even for the very hot day, taste is a messy combination of alcohol heat, medicines (think cough syrup), and brown sugar.
Skip this one.

550 ml fake ceramic bottle, by the recommendation of my friend. On to the beer:
Certainly a cleaner looking beer than I expected. The clean copper colored body, the soapy head, the sparingly head retention and lacing leave more to desire. Things get better in the aroma. It´s a spicy aroma, with cloves and other baking spices at the forefront. More spiciness in the taste. There´s plenty of baking spice, a good amount of nutmeg, though a bit thin on the malt. Very little `yeastiness´, which delievers an apple note. Alcohol is lightly felt.
For a beer made by AmBev, it is quite good. My friend likes this beer a lot, and I could see myself drinking it once in a while, but in small doses. A better macro-version of a dubbel than Full Moon Winter Ale.

Amber color. Faint aroma, clove predominant. Low carbonation, tiny bubbles.
Light body, tastes caramel and cloves, with a little spicy. Some hints of medicine. No aftertaste, rather watery.
To be fair it is a hard style to compete, and likely Ambev have tried to prioritize drinkability, adapting it to the Brazilian main stream customers (and cost wise). Which is good in a sense that you need a bridge to more complex beers for those fellows.

350ml bottle served in a chalice.
A: Pours an orange to amber nutty color forming a small white to yellow head. Low retention and no lacings
S: Honey, candy sugar, caramel malts and grapes. Belgian yeast
T: Caramel malts, honey, grapes, Belgian yeasts, brown bread. Sweet upfront and mild bitter end
M: Light body, medium carbonation. Bittersweet aftertaste
O: Not bad for an AmBev beer
