On-tap at RFD, Washington, DC
A: The beer is very hazy dark yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving lacing on the surface and down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose—oranges seem to stand out in particular.
T: Like the smell, the taste has flavors of orange citrus, which also contribute a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA isn't that bitter but has a nice appearance and aromas of citrusy hops. It can be considered as sessionable.

Pours a hazy orange-tinted amber with a nice creamy off-white head (about one finger's worth). the head has great retention and leaves nice thick lacing throughout the glass. The aroma is euqally well-done, with nice big orange citrus and pine hops notes dominating. The taste closely mirrors the aroma, with just enough of a malt back-bone to hold the whole thing up and cut some of the hops. Given its robust flavor and aroma, you'd expect a heavier bodied beer, but this one is surprisingly light, but not too thin. All in all, this is a big-flavor session ale.
