12 oz bottle into a pint glass.

A: Pours a semi-hazy golden color. There's about one fingers worth of rocky, white-colored head. It actually has slightly better retention than I expected, and leaves some lacing behind.

S: One has to really bury their nose in order to find the aroma. Some faint lemon exists along side a touch of pale malt, with little else. Nothing is really bad about its nose...but neither is there much good.

T: There's a better showing here on the taste. It starts off with some faint noble hop bitterness, quickly growing into a sweet (and actually slightly juicy) lemony finish. Touches of apricot and peach also exist; also somewhat like sweet tea at times. This is the best part of the brew, even if it's a touch too sweet at times.

M: Way too astringent. Of course, that means it's nice and dry, but I could do without it choking my tongue into submission. In spite of that, it's light weight, well carbonated, and easy to drink.

O: This wouldn't be my first choice for a pilsner. If I saw this in a fresher state, I'd pounce on it more easily. It's at least held up well for it to still be decent as is.

A-a clear pale gold with a creamier white head. Great retention and some effevesence

S-rich biscuit tones and mild earthy hops

T- rich malt flavors, big bread balanced against the milder noble hops. There's a pleasant fruity aspect on the finish

M-a little thinner, but with a nice fullness to it. No noticeable "bubbly" feeling from the carbonation

O-a really good, lighter but full-flavored Pilsner.

Bought a couple of sixers for a recent Halloween party I hosted. Finally getting around to trying this.

Served in a DFH, ribbed condom glass.

A: Poured a light orange color with a lot of fog pouring off this bastard. The head was small.

S: Infinitely bread with some understated fruit funk in there as well.

T: I'm glad this wasn't an overly sugar, Americanized version of this style. As it stands, this was pretty tasty: European flair with a hint of grapefruit just to let us know that Florida is indeed a state in the US of A.

M: Thick bubbles in terms of carbonation bill, which I appreciated. Mild splotchy lacing. This one rests well on the palate.

O: Not much love for this one on here. I suspect lots of outer homerism might be to blame.

Appearance:
The beer pours a nice bubbly and foamy white head that last quite a bit and leaves some decent lacing. The beer is a clear gold but seems a little dark for a Pilsner.

Smell:
A strong pale malt smell that nearly drowns out the hops. However, the hops begin to dominate once the beer becomes slightly warmer. The hops are a crispy pine smell.

Taste:
The hops are a fairly bitter and come out strong into a lemony finish. The malts have a slight role that is barely noticeable but still manage to show up.

Mouthfeel:
Medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish

Overall:
Not half bad but definitely room for improvement. Probably worth picking up every now and then.

App - pale golden color, very slightly cloudy/hazy (unfiltered? Definitely some yeast at bottom of bottle) Nice white head, creamy and long lasting.

Clean aroma with some slightly spicy hop aroma. Some malty sweetness.

Slight hit of malt before the hops kick in. Nice rounded hop flavor, transitioning seamlessly to the finish. Doesn't seem incredibly bitter at first, but it sneaks up on you in the finish. Finish is sufficiently hoppy, crisp, and dry to beg another swallow.

Medium body and fairly heavily carbonated. No astringency or warming, but the carbonation does add a prickly character.

Lacks the sophistication of really good examples, but pretty nice for a local brewery. A bigger malt character up front would be nice, and a crisper hop aroma would help as well.
